Back-office manager for global B2B technical startup

We help companies understand their customers behavior on the web and mobile app. Our customers are small startups as well as big companies. We have customers all over the globe from USA to Europe to Hong Kong.


Who are we looking for?

Smartlook is growing and to support our growth we need help with driving day to day back-office situations. Therefore we are looking for an experienced person that will help us with Back-Office. 



Job requirements

What will be your work?

  • Back-office – anything and everything from day to day office running tasks up to magical fixing any problem, which pops up in the office
  • Managing bank transactions, all invoices and credit notes 
  • Taking care about cash box, communication with external accountant 
  • Managing finance overview
  • Ordering different food and office supplies for our employees
  • Communication with our business partners and affiliates 
  • Organizing business trips around the world
  • Managing mobile tariffs for employees 
  • Support of HR team and our CEO Petr
  • Managing post office 
  • Taking care about general Smartlook info mail and solving all ad hoc issues 


What is expected of you?

  • Working experience at similar position is essential 
  • Experience in invoice processing
  • You should have general finance overview 
  • Very good organizational skills and time management
  • Technical oriented person is highly preferable
  • Fluent in Czech and English - both speaking and writing
  • Transparency and honesty - we do trust you with sensitive data
  • Good communication skills, as the communication with people will be essential part of the job
  • You will work with different SW, therefore you have to be able to learn quickly
  • Driving licence - active driver
