Hi, we're Smartlook!


A company of enthusiasts who build a global tech service located in Brno, Czech Republic.

Our SaaS services for qualitative web and mobile app analytics help close to 3,000 paying customers from all over the world, to help them better understand the behavior of their customers.


We've so many inbound leads that we're not able to cover all qualified ones with our current sales team. On average, we've over 150 signups per day and 5% of them are ready for the sales team, the rest come from self-service buyers.


We're looking for a transparent, direct, tech-savvy sales person, who's looking for a new challenge in the SME B2B SaaS area with international reach.


You'd be in contact with our prospects and clients on a daily basis:

  • Contacting and communicating with interesting companies from all over the world, that have registered or showed an interest in Smartlook

  • Presenting our platform and explaining its benefits to our prospects

  • Negotiating conditions and contracts with our clients. Don’t be worried, we've lawyers who'll help you with that.

  • Being responsible for the whole sales cycle

  • Passing customer feedback onto our product team, so we can continually improve our product

Job requirements


What you're going to need is a previous experience in sales, ideally in the CRM, ERP, e-commerce, or any other IT-/software-related area. We've intentionally mentioned tech savviness; you should be naturally interested in technological products, ideally know your way around web technologies. As already mentioned, our customers are from all over the world, so you should be able to do the demo calls and all communication with them in English.
