Business development manager for North America - Looking for Expats!

We are looking for a transparent, direct, no bullshit and tech-savvy sales person. We are looking for someone excited about learning a bunch of new stuff from B2B SaaS area. 

We are Smartlook, a company of enthusiasts who build a global tech service from Brno. Our SaaS services for qualitative web and mobile app analytics help companies to understand the behavior of their customers.  We have so many inbound leads that we are not able to cover all qualified ones with our current sales team. On average we have over 150 signups per day and 5% of them are ready for sales team. The rest of these signups are self service buyers.

Due to the fact that we talk about SME B2B SaaS sales, which is not very well known in the Czech Republic, this job is for someone who is looking for a new challenge with international reach. Someone, who can take things into his own hands.

Job requirements

What will be your work?

Being in contact with our prospects and clients on daily basis, i.e.:

  • Contacting and communicating with interesting companies from North America, that have registered or showed interest in Smartlook
  • Presenting our platform and explaining its benefits to our prospects in North America
  • Passing customer feedback onto our product team, so we can continually improve our product

What is expected of you?

  • Previous experience in sales - CRM/ERP or e-commerce area 
  • Sales enthusiasm about IT analytical B2B market
  • Good knowledge of technological products, mainly orientation in web technologies, eventually mobile applications
  • Native English speaker – You will be responsible exclusively for prospects in North America
  • Any level of Czech language is a bonus
  • This is NOT a fully remote position, you will need to come into the office at least once in a while
  • Very good organizational skills, decision making with a quick execution
  • Transparency and honesty – focused on building a long-lasting transparent relationship with our user
