Sales Development Representative

Job description

We are a company of enthusiasts building a global online tech service from Brno.
Our SaaS services for qualitative web and mobile app analytics help close to 3,000 paying customers from all over the world, to help them better understand the behavior of their customers.

We already have a very well established inbound leads generation process that generates on average 150 signups per day and 10 direct Demo requests. These are covered by our Sales team, if applicable, and the rest are self-service clients.
But, as usual, we are going beyond the status quo, so we look to build a powerful Outbound Sales process. This is why we are looking for a transparent, direct, tech-savvy sales person in SME B2B SaaS area with international reach.
We see a lot of exciting opportunities in this unexplored area and to succeed, we need to set up an energetic team of people.

You daily activities would be:

  • research/identify the potential in relevant prospects, collect valuable lead information as a fundament for outreach

  • execute outbound campaigns (cold emails/calls/social) to raise curiosity and interest

  • convert qualified prospects to appointments for the sales team

  • analyze status quo and suggesting possible improvements

  • warm up prospects and generate demand in order to create sales opportunities

Personal profile:

  • trustworthy person willing to sacrifice for the team that will sacrifice for you

  • open-minded with attention to detail; affairs change, nothing is written in the stone

  • self-driven with orientation to results, going beyond the finish-line is valued

  • stickiness as there will be a plenty of detours on our way to reaching the goal

  • honest & transparent communication is paramount to both internal and external prosperity

Professional profile:

  • flawless English in written and spoken form (another language is a plus)

  • previous experience in Sales (especially SaaS) with positive can-do attitude and ability to present

  • analytical approach expanded with the ability to execute

  • used to work with CRM, ERP and similar tools

  • background/understanding of Web/Mobile apps technology, interest to learn some details
