What will you do?
Own and drive the product strategy for your product area and be accountable for business outcomes and KPIs
Define KPIs for your area, understand how they impact our experience and business performance long-term, and monitor success over a defined period of time
Build a strong backlog of opportunities based on both qualitative and quantitative insights (in cooperation with a UX researcher and data analysts)
Work with the design and engineering departments on developing solutions and experiments to test your hypotheses quickly and drive successful business impact
Stakeholders management (coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to properly communicate expectations and product changes)
What do we expect from you?
3 years of experience in a product management-related role
Ability to define and negotiate a roadmap reflecting goals and support company vision and mission
Demonstrated success in delivering innovative and user-friendly, customer-facing products/services with measurable impact, rooted in deep customer understanding
Experience with using a product analytics / user behavior tool (e.g., Mixpanel, HotJar, FullStory, Smartlook, etc.)
Proven analytical thinking, leadership, problem-solving, project management skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and navigate ambiguously defined structures to deliver results
Knowledge of product management lifecycle and related processes
Knowledge of SaaS business metrics is a huge plus
B2B SaaS experience is definitely a huge plus
Fluent in English
